PS3 Cannot run the METAL GEAR SOLID DIGITAL GRAPHIC NOVEL on the Legacy Edition (Disc 2)

I hope everyone is having a delightful day,
Unfortunately, it seems that I am unfortunately not haha,
When trying to read "METAL GEAR SOLID DIGITAL GRAPHIC NOVEL" in the Videos tab of the XMB after mounting the second disc of Metal Gear Solid - The Legacy Collection 1987-2012 (European disc, BLES01419), I get this error. "The disc is not valid. (80029903)".

I am on a hacked PS3 CECHL03 (UK, Blu-Ray Region code B) running 4.90 on the latest Cobra 8.4.
The European models of the PS3 also have the same Blu-Ray Region code (B) so it couldn't have been a region issue and also since those have different errors.

It cannot be a defective Blu-Ray drive due to the reason that I'm running a backup ISO copy.I checked the ISO in ISO Rebuilderand have checked the size after transferring via FTP by using the PS3 IRD site on Aldostools.

I am confused, any help please? I'll play some sweet MGS while waiting haha

After using the multiMAN Blu-Ray fix method, it now tells me that the console is prohibited to play Blu-Rays.

I'd like to know I've been trying for weeks to start the novel but I haven't succeeded. If you know anything, tell me and I'll try
