Cant play ps2 game mounted to XMB

Ever since I downloaded the ps2 classics placeholder, I am not able to play mounted ps2 games directly from the XMB. Everytime I do the whole PS3 freezes and its some dots lined up on the top left..The reason this is important is because, thats how I played my old game saves from my regular Ps2 memory card.. The games mounted directly on the xmb play off my MC1 and MC2 in the virtual memory card section.. I managed to convert my old ps2 memory card game saves in there.. The ps2 games mounted on the ps2 classics placeholder the saves are in that ps2 save option thats built in already.. And I know it isnt a firmware issue because I used rebug ferrox and habib and darknet from 4.50 all the way to 4.76 and it did the same on all of them so I am sure its something I did wrong but I have no clue what it is..

Make sure you tv supports the output for ps2, are u sure its freezing and not loaded but not visable, i take it ure running iso.bin.enc, if your useing cobra and launching iso u may need to toggle cobra emulation bia toolbox and install habib ps2 launcher v3 and use rap file to activate via PSNpatch or reActPSN

Slowly ,step by step.. You installed PS2 Classic Placeholder and activated it in reactpsn or psnpach (second option need minimum one time psn connection and download some game from there), What software you are using to mount game (ISO.BIN.ENC)? Is webman or PS2 Classics Manager? If you are using cobra cfw you need to toggle emu to original. How you converting games to ISO.BIN.ENC?

And what is your PS3 model? Also you sure that game that you are trying to launch is compatibile? And when ps3 freeze, can you use PS button?

Slowly ,step by step.. You installed PS2 Classic Placeholder and activated it in reactpsn or psnpach (second option need minimum one time psn connection and download some game from there), What software you are using to mount game (ISO.BIN.ENC)? I use psn patch for that.. I copy my ps2 games in multiman via ps2 cd, so the iso is automatically there upon ripping to ps3. It played from mounting to the XMB at first and then it stops.. so compatibility cant possibly be an issue because the games worked before when I was running them straight from the xmb. and just one day it decided to stop working. I know when the ps3 is rejecting the ps2 game it will be beep three times at shut itself off.. its not doing that now. It just freezes. And nothing works, not even the power button, I have to turn it off from the back..

I have all this already and it still freezes it runs fine from habibs ps2 launcher but when I play mounted games on there, it wont connect to my virtual memory card where my old ps2 game saves are. I can only play old saved games from the virtual memory card is when I play the game directly from the xmb.. and it used to play fine then all of a sudden it stopped I dont know if habibs ps2 launcher stopped it from being able to play when mounted to the xmb or what..
