PS3HEN Can't run PSP games on HEN 4.9

My PSP games (ISO, folder and PKG) don't run on HEN 4.9. I received a message about the licences when try run the game. I already intalled some files with 16000 licences, activated system on PSN, and tried with multiman, webman, etc. but it don't work.
How can I run PSP games on HEN 4.9 ???
