PS3 CECHA: Remarry BD & Add Fan Control

I have a CECHA motherboard and need to remarry a BD. I've removed the nands from the motherboard and read them with a teensy++/TSOP48 wire wrapped board. I had very little repeatable dumps using the clip, now all my dumps are 100% identical (provided I do nothing else on the laptop until the dump is completed).

PS3DumpChecker shows 1 error - which I assume I can ignore. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I would like to add a fan controller such as webMAN. I would like to keep the FW as close to OFW if possible. Since the nands are off the board, I can easily use norpatch to patch the dump to 3.55 FSM and go from there.

Any help/suggestions/guidance is appreciated.

Not really sure if that's right place for that error. Do you get from multiple dumps same error? Back on days have seen mostly ROS1 or ROS0 or cvtrm area. Not on cell. If you patch for 3.55 fsm is give you same error?
Edit
I haven't done a nand with teensy from 2015, I use tnm5000 but even like that the error is strange.
Was not even easy to update to ofw with bd connected even if is not married should work on ofw. Then after installation of hfw, patch online and install cfw? Have you tried?
After hfw, patch can go to Rogero 999 and remarry.
Just Google ps3exploit nand dump from your unit

All nand dumps are (respectively) identical. Here's the PS3DumpChecker results after I patched the interleaved bin with 3.55 FSM in norpatch:

Nands are quite tricky. Now that you have desoldered would be straight to Roger 999. Not sure, better wait answers from experts here.
What I have done in past when all good, I was writing patched dumps to another 2 same nands (spears from another unit). This way you don't risk to flash original nands. Keep in safe place in case you need them.
Cok001 and 002 motherboard have same nand type.

I used HxD Hex Editor and fixed the offending bytes and ran the original fixed interleaved bin thru PS3DumpChecker. Now I get "OK".

When I drop the original fixed interleaved bin into dumpstatistic I got the following:
OFFSET: 0xF680104 --- VALUE: 0x11 --- 0xFF UNREFERENCED

Does this need to be fixed?

Should check manual. În some cases I could not install updates if nand had corrupted areas. You may try fill that parts by ff.
Also try ps3pytools to create some dumps and see if manage to fix automatically.
If manage to get automated good dumps
you can try them. Have tested pytools is a good tool as well.
Once finished start unit and go in fsm for remarry. After out from fsm enable toggle QA and install rebug toolbox and take from it dump with usb stick. One rsod can be ignored at this stage. Can be fixed if testing bd drive with blu-ray movie and normal dvd or music CD (this is test for both violet and red leds.) can go with 3.55 ofw twice then cfw 3.7spoof4.25 if toggle qa is enabled.
Most updates will be done from safe mode.
