PS3 CFW console messed up my certificates

Like the title says..CFW console with rebug 4.84.2 I try to load some web pages I get a SSL handshake error (80710a06). Google was no help. How do I reppace my certificates with proper ones and correct permissions, etc to solve this one?

reinstalling the firmware should fix your certificates.

That didn't work. I tried both through XMB and recovery.

I do have an E3. Would it be a huge waste to back up, flash OFW, and start fresh? I don't really want to do that if I don't have to.

Don't know why this would cause an issue as they aren't touched in CFW. But you could unpack the OFW PUP and transfer them over that way.
