PS3 CFW Ps3 black screen problem

Hi guys! I have a CFW FERROX 4.76 PS3 and today I encountered this issue. So basically everytime I start a game , even multiman , I enter a black screen. Even the games installed from pkg. files , which don't need multiman don't work. I tried a lot of things such set upscaling to off, fullscreen , pressing the "eject button", turn on/off the tv, switched TV , switched HDMI cable, etc , none of them work . I managed only a single time to start multiman , and after that, when starting the game , the black screen occurred again.
What should I do? How can I reset my PS3 without losing my CFW ?
Should I update to 4.81?
Should I install another multiman or irisman?

Also, I have used this ps3 for the last 2 years with no problems. In the last period I played very rare, like once a week, and now , after a month without starting the ps3, I encountered this.
 
I restored my ps3 and still doesn't work, i managed to start start The Evil Within once in like 50 times. After that, the same issue appeared again.
 
This black screen problem when trying to boot any executable (game or app) uses to be a bad connection in one/some of the ribbon cable/s in between motherboard <---> bluray drive
