PS3 cfw vs cpu temperature

one question . ps3 fat may have a higher temperature by cfw or pro mod (rebug rex) because before installing cfw I played 30 minutes
and there was no problem.
after installing cfw in 5 minutes IN XMB OR GAME it has a temperature of 85 degrees

I would recommend to replace the thermal paste and make sure it's kept in a well ventilated place.
Usually installing a cfw (unless perhaps the OC mod) does not affect temps that much, if at all.

If you know your way around the PS3 good enough, a delid of the CPU and replacing the paste there, will further help your temps.

I'm pretty sure most people who try that will end up tearing a ribbon cable and bricking the console. Better just take it to someone who has experience. Some retro game stores still provide technical services for PS3.
