PS3 cliff hanger - was it ever playable on mame (ps3)?

hello all

was the laserdisk game cliff hanger ever playable on ps3/mame? and if so how?
the giant rom is abandonware so im assuming its safe to ask :)
i know it wasnt ever released on ps3 like dragons lair was so this is the only way to play it via rom (if even possible)
