both beeing the monks about PS2 on PS3 CFW... i will ask this serious question to both of you to get a clear and short answer that will help many members here i presume as it seem a reccurent issue / question that i see a lots here and there online but with no major "Here is your problem , Here is what you need to do to fix it"

I have made absolutelly NO MODIFICATION in any parameters everywhere (toolbox / console system hidden or not) etc
My PSX NTSC/PAL iso have alway worked flawlessly (Lauching PSX PAL with Cobra USB PSX Lauch Homebrew took from Brewology)
My PS2 NTSC/PAL always worked flawlessly too (thank to the webman control fan!!)
I didnt touched my console since 6 months or so and when i started to play with it (only playing roms with retroarch CE) from time to time to console surprised be at the lauch/boot with a request to plug my controller with the USB cable and play the PS button to make a scan to check the HDD... but that always ended with a XMB menu entrance without problem (pheww!) but tonight when i tried to launch a PS2 PAL Iso i got an answer from my good old flat HD TV that i never got before ....
it say : " MODE NOT SUPPORTED " instead of the error code 80028F10 i always got when trying to launch a PSX PAL iso without using the COBRA USB LAUNCH homebrew!
ANY NTSC PS2 iso i mount (webman) and boot are running/playing fine.
ANY PAL PS2 iso i mount (webman) and boot give me a TV Black Screen with message : MODE NOT SUPPORTED
....it look like the console are NOT freezing and i assume the game is running just fine in the background but for some 'display' issue im not able to see the image/sound so each time i have no other choice that force a console shutdown by holding the power button on the console.
I NEVER got this kind of issue before with my PS2 PAL iso that was playing just fine before (6 months ago)
Now i remember someone here (maybe aldo or someonelse) teach me the controller buttons combo to switch between two kind of emulators (selfemu ? / ps1emu vs netemu maybe if i remember correctly....) when i inquired about an issue with PSX PAL iso maybe a year ago...
Im PRETTY sure i fucked up the way to use the PS2emu but i have NO clues how to get it back like it was before this toggle think.
I seached answer in the webman (console) "HELP" section , 3 forums , reddit , without any good result.....

and once fixed , i will write the fix on a notepad and put it with my game on my usb stick to not loose it

EDIT : I know my Flat HD Television is old (maybe 10-12 years old) and that are PART of the problem (that i will fix for good real soon in couples of months) but like i said , BEFORE having made a toggle between emulator with controller buttons combo the PS3 console always played PS2 PAL iso without any issue/problem before that.....
