Any posssible to fix Sakura Wars - So long, my Love?
Miss several word's voice at end of every sentence.
It's ignorable, but it is better if can fix.

Similar behaviour could be reproduced in the PCSX2 with an increased EE cycle skipping rate. It is an emulator specific issue, unfixable by any command unfortunately. The PAL versions does flick once at the beginning of the SCEE intro and all the time if you press the "PS" button during the movie playback.

The flickering in the NTSC versions could be fixed using the IPU Aggressive setting at the expense of the out-of-sync movie playback. But I think only the opening intro is affected by the flickering, therefore using the VSYNC delay would make every video's playback inferior.

Here are the configs for the other PAL versions to disable the mipmapping:

Ape Escape 2 (SCES-51102); (SCES-51103)
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 0A 00 00 00 03 00 00 00
F0 E0 34 00 16 00 40 14 00 00 00 00 90 63 13 00
F0 FF BD 27 08 00 E0 03 94 63 13 00 00 00 BF FF
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

Ape Escape 2 (SCES-51104)
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 0A 00 00 00 03 00 00 00
08 E1 34 00 16 00 40 14 00 00 00 00 90 63 13 00

00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

EDIT: Configs updated with a depth of field disable code to fix a potential slowdown in "The Lost Valley" level.

Added a depth of field disable code. The Lost Valley level is full speed now, until you dive underwater.

I noticed the database configs are wrong on some things, so here are proper configs for Visual Mix: Ayumi Hamasaki Dome Tour 2001:

SLPS-25071
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 21 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
46 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 53 4C 50 53 2D 32 35 30
37 31 00 02 00

SLPS-25072
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 21 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
46 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 53 4C 50 53 2D 32 35 30
37 32 00 02 01

SLPM-65086
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 21 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
46 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 53 4C 50 4D 2D 36 35 30
38 36 00 02 00

SLPM-65087
Code:
3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 21 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
46 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 53 4C 50 4D 2D 36 35 30
38 37 00 02 01

Disc 1 should start at 0x00, not 0x01, while disc 2 should be 0x01. I also compiled the fixes for the FMV slowdown and "ripple" effect freeze. I use the SLPM version and I have not tried the other, but the config works fine for SLPM. The disc hot swapping mechanism is still not working because its unimplemented in netemu, so the latter half of concert is still inaccessible.

Additionally, the Raidou and DDS2 NET configs should be replaced:

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army (SLUS-21431)
Code:
3D 00 00 00 C3 42 00 00 42 00 00 00 00 FF 0F 00
07 00 00 00 50 00 02 3C 00 19 42 24 50 00 03 3C
80 22 63 24 24 00 42 AE F1 59 0E 08 28 00 43 AE
0A 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 A4 67 39 00 24 00 40 AE
C0 FF 03 08 00 00 00 00

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga (SLUS-20974)
Code:
3D 00 00 00 EC 42 00 00 46 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
VSYNC delay causes the game to run slower, causing all sorts of audio desync and slower gameplay. Removing this fixes this problem completely.

Growlanser: Heritage of War (SLUS-21571)
Code:
3D 00 00 00 85 42 00 00 42 00 00 00 00 FA 0F 00
05 00 00 00 80 3D 02 3C 00 00 82 44 40 04 11 46
EA 02 0D 08 60 FF BD 27 0A 00 00 00 01 00 00 00
A0 0B 34 00 60 FF BD 27 80 FE 03 08 00 00 00 00
This game as well. Same config with serial code/0x48 removed.

Really they added it knowing it would decrease the performance?
Yes, cause god forbid a rare jittering screen without it. You can find countless websites and forums posts about this slowdown problem on the SMT games, and of course the latest "rediscovery" of the netemu debug menu and everyone fixing their PS2 Classic manually. :P

@mrjaredbeta @Agrippa The PS2 CONFIG database now should be up to date with your suggested changes.
https://ps3.aldostools.org/ps2config.html

This week I have made an extensive clean up and organization of configs. Special thanks to @Agrippa

I recommend to delete /dev_hdd0/game/PS2CONFIG through Game Data before install the package for PS2 CONFIG database or update webMAN MOD with the full package.
