PS3 HAN convert games for han ?

so i have my super slim console with cobra installed and i do have some game isos on my hdd that work fine with cobra, but when i convert them for han with CFW2OFW they install fine but upon starting the game i get the usual error that starts with 800 something and it says that i need to insert the disc (this happened with far cry 4 which worked fine with cobra ode)

so is there any way to convert games patched with cobras SWAP tools to function with han because i really dont want to go back swapping those discs :D

Help, I convert Fairytale Fights using a ps3gameconverter and make pkg Han tools, after I run the game, it's shows me intro and black screen after
