Hello
Recently I dusted out my old PS3 3000 to install qCFW in it. While qCFW is fine it seems I messed up BD drive - it does not want to take or eject disk.
I tried re-assembling BD drive multiple times, measuring flex tapes using multimeter - looks fine for me.
I tried pressing switches on disc detecting board, but no motor reaction. Holding eject makes beep sound, but no motor reaction either.
Where should I start diagnosing? I think the problem is on motherboard.
BTW this console had ODE, and then it was removed (both some service, not me). Seems like drive data solder points are missing, and were repaired - but drive worked before my dissasembly.
I measured continuity and these are fine. No idead where to go next.
