PS3 Converting DEX EBOOT to CEX/HEN EBOOT

So i've been wanting SR2 online using Opensy. However they don't make the eboots themselve so you have to patch one yourself. I've been using trueancestor to do this however even with the compress data set on off it still compresses about 70Kb making it not work. ESSE resigner jus doesnt work at all for me and ps3tools wont let me open scetool or any form of bat file. The DEX eboot however is at the right amount of bytes. Im on a HEN console so can i use a DEX eboot on a HEN console or how do i get around the trueancestor compressing data? Even when i conver it to a .elf it already compresses the eboot 3Kb it only expands the eboot again when converted to DEX. (english isn't my main language so sorry if i made any typing mistakes)

I don't have an eboot on my computer to check, but iirc, ps3tools has an option in the context menu to convert from cex to dex and vice versa, I believe. you just have to right click the eboot.bin.

yes im aware but it wont let me open using .bat and then it so it wont let me do that unfortanetly....
