Based on attached MCS and on another thread:
https://www.psx-place.com/threads/unknown-save-icon.45060/ high probably save is damaged beyond repair, the same with card/vmc from which came from.

Open card image by MemcardRex and change GameID to proper one (that's why this save is not recognized by game, yet this can be only a minor problem). The export save as MCS and import it on blank card image. After that, check if game will load it. If not, probably it is damaged.

When you asking about data recovery, it is worth to write full history behind that how you end with corruption. Every details is/can be important.
