Is there any app that can create an image file of my MC 8MB (OPL, Funtuna, wlaunchelf, apps) in new format that can be easily accessed in Windows to display folders and files and modify or copy new files into the image?
I have only used MC anihilator but the image it generates is very complex to access in Windows.

Just run MCA with PCSX2, restore the card from a .vhd usb file as mass:/

Use windows to create a .vhd - virtual hard drive image file. This can be done in Disk Manager.
Make it fat32 32kb clusters for safety.
If you can't, format it whatever it allows then mount it. Once mounted, format it accordingly with Rufus.

In PCSX2 settings, enable hostfs and in controller settings mount your .vhd drive as a mass storage device.
Now PCSX2 can write and read files from .vhd file, and you can mount it with windows as well. This is important for the next step.

Now we are going to place the .mci memory card file onto the .vhd. Mount the .vhd with windows, place the .mci file onto the drive, then eject the drive.
Get all your files together, so that they are all within a directory. It can have subdirectories, just make sure you're at the top of the "umbrella" so to speak.
Place Memory Card Annihilator at the root of this directory.
Now, right click Memory Card Annihilator and select Open With -> PCSX2
This will launch PCSX2 straight into Memory Card Annihilator.
Now in memory card annihilator, restore mc image from mass:/ and select .mci file.
Restore it to a memory card

now you have a PCSX2 clone of your PS2 memory card. Make the changes you want to make by running wLaunchELF the same way you ran Memory Card Annihilator. You will beable to add files from host:/ to the memory card. Host:/ will be the directory you have all yourfiles in, where youran the elf from.
Once you've finished filling the card, go ahead and launch Memory Card Annihilator again.
Now, create a backup of the memory card and save it to mass.
Close out of PCSX2, and mount the .vhd storage device file with windows.
Inside will be your new memory card image with your new contents.

MCA is an ELF. How do I run an ELF on PCSX2?
On the PS2 Slim 90000 I created the mc0.bin image and other file mci using MCA and saved it on a USB flash drive. I connect this USB flash drive to the PC but I don't have any software to open this image and show the folders so I can insert new folders or new files and close the image and change it whenever an OPL update is available or add new apps to the OPL apps tab.
I would like to create an image to make it easier to change it using a Windows PC whenever necessary and then burn or restore it to a new 8MB Memory Card and use it on the PS2 Slim console.

acctualy i have two files image .bin and.mci in my pc created MCA in ps2 slim

I created the virtual disk vhd using the windows manager, I selected FAT32 and cluster 32K but there was an error saying that the cluster was too big. Then I tried to format the vhd but it didn't show fat32, it showed FAT.
I activated hostfs in pcsx2.
I tried to open the some ISO from wlaunchelf in pcsx2 but the keyboard doesn't work. The MCA opened normally and the keyboard worked but the language was Russian. I don't know how to change it to Portuguese or English.

Step 1:
Create virtual hard drive with Disk Manager in Windows.
Doesn't matter what format, just make sure its 1GiB or more.

Step 2:
Mount the virtual hard drive .vhd file you just created.

Step 3:
Download and run https://rufus.ie/
Then use it to format the mounted virtual hard drive.
Format to fat32 32kb clusters.

Step 4:
Add the files you want to work with to the virtual hard drive.

Step 5:
Unmount the virtual hard drive

Step 6:
Launch PCSX2, go to controller settings, and add a mass storage device as the .vhd file (Your virtual hard drive is going to be PCSX2's USB)

Step 7:
In memory card settings, enable and create a "folder memory card"

Step 8:
You now have the ability to add files directly to or from PCSX2's USB and Memory Card.
Proceed with your desired tasks, utilizing Memory Card Annihilator and wLaunchELF within PCSX2, and File Explorer within Windows.

Once you have restored your mc image from PCSX2 USB to PCSX2 Memory Card, you can then add freely or remove freely any files to the "Folder Memory Card"
Once everything is to your liking, you will simply run MCA again on PCSX2 and make a backup image of your PCSX2 Folder Memory Card. Once you've done that, you'll find the new image inside the .vhd file when mounted in windows explorer.
Ta-da!

i used rufus for format select fat32 not option 32Kb i choose 4096 (standard)

You need to unmount the .vhd from windows.
Then go to PCSX2 controller settings.
And add the mass storage to the USB options. Add the path to the .vhd file.
It must be fat32 32kb cluster.
(This is due to the use of MCA)

in rufus not possibly 32kb in fat32 i created vhd in 2gb in format windows choose 32k show big cluster in rufus not appears 32kb

work ok i put 5gb vhd fat32 32k
What files do I put inside the vhd?

i enter mca choose memory card 1 more not open folder mass and nothing

hdd0
mc0
mc1
appears in MCA open in pcsx2 with mounted vhd

As you can see here, I have set the USB Port 1 in Controller Settings to be the .vhd file.
It should then appear as mass0:/ in MCA.

for me not show mass in mca some
hdd0
mc0
mc1
