Using the PCSX2 Windows emulator, is it possible to create a bin or iso memory card image on the PC containing Funtuna, OPL, wLaunchelf, OPL apps and then copy and install this image on a real memory card using the PS2 Slim console with another memory card with wlaunchelf? This image goes first to the USB flash drive after new memory card

What you're asking is doable, although differently than you specify.

PCSX2:
You can build your memory card like you normally would, then run Memory Card Annihilator and make an image backup of the card.
Put this on USB, along with Memory Card Annihilator.

PS2:
Plug in the usb, launch wlaunchelf, launch Memory Card Annihilator, restore the mc image from usb to your memory card.

I also recommend you run OpenTuna Installer - Tunas can vary by model, and the installer makes sure you have the right one.

I don't know how to create this mc with opl, wlaunchelf, opl apps in pcsx2 I didn't find this function in the emulator

funtuna, opl and any apps for opl in tab apps (mc anihilator, snes station, ps2temp, ulaunchelf, picodrive, popsloader with popstarter elf)
