Hey everyone. I recently got myself a DECR-1400A PS3, but I cant seem to get it to accept any sort of system update. I've been searching far and wide across the internet to find solutions to my issue, but i cant seem to find anything. I've attempted to install multiple different DECR firmware versions from multiple different places, I've tried using different USB drives, I've triple checked MD5s, Reformatted my USBs multiple times, and yet I've gotten nowhere.
Every time i try to update i get the same errors.
Updating from XMB, i get "no applicable update data was found"
Updating from Safe Mode, i get "The data is corrupted. (8002F2E4)"
I've even tried changing the HDD, but i still get the same issues. Cant reinstall firmware at all to a new HDD because of it.
System Software version is currently on Version 4.46 if that's of any help.
I preferably would like to downgrade the system to Version 3.55, but these issues have been entirely preventing me from upgrading/downgrading firmware in any way.
Thanks in advance to anyone who may have anything that could even slightly help me out here. I've been struggling with this for a few days now, and its driving me nuts lol.
