PS3 Delid fail on RSX. Next steps?

I got a very cheap (3$) CECHC04 YLOD console 2 days back hoping to be a NEC repair and not a RSX replacement.
Someone in the past attempted a delid on both the CELL and RSX. While the CELL delid seems fine (aside from a minor trace nick) the RSX delid did not go so well it seams...
It is slightly chipped on one side of the die and the SYSCON reports a mix of 3034 and 4411 errors.
I can't access internal mode of the SYSCON for some reason (probably my TTL adapter) so I can't check bring-up time or when the errors started.
My question is what should I do next?
  • I have a donor CECHGxx board with a NEC failure and dead CELL. Is it worth to attempt to salvage its 90nm RSX or will the procedure kill it too?
  • Do I try an eraser mod or maybe heat on it in the slim/nonexistent chance of it coming back to life?
  • Do I keep it in storage in the hope of a more experienced future me to repair it (I only have basic soldering skills and a heat gun so not the optimal setup -_-) or try my luck with a local repair shop now?

(got RSX cracked pic from a Rip-Felix video as I forgot to make one myself. It's basically the same just on the side instead of the corner)
