PS3 DIA-001 error code (1B02) & (2031)

Is my first time for identity an error on ps 3 phat with using an USB uart type F232RL, so i trying to connect an USB on my laptop include ps 3 fat pin configuration, but that's very hard to try, that USB cannot connect authentication already and red light lamp not active, i dont now whats happening because i dont understand about TX, RX connection so i am try again to disable the cable and move to the same connection configuration on internet.

But last, i successful to get code error on my ps 3, i gave a code (1B02) & (2031) error code indicate a faulation with thermal sensor, but i dont know to fix him, if you know tell me how to repair it all, thanks

Sounds like an overheating problem? Maybe new thermal paste? Possibly needs de lid of his? Just some advice
