PS3 PS3 SEM-001 motherboard with 2031 error

Hi everyone, i have a ps3 who was addicted to the ylod, so i decided to do the syscon thing (ttl to usb) to check the present error. i found out that my ps3 is affected by the 1002 and 2031 error. i resolved the first one by replacing the nec tokins capacitor, but i don't know how to solve the 2031. Can someone please help me? as you can see in the title i have a SEM-001 motherboard.

So based on your error, looks like your timebase chip has gone bad or missing the correct voltage

This chip basically keeps the RAMBUS in sync (equivalent to the pci bus) with the cpu,rsx etc. Can cause a GLOD and is known to fail on the old models.
