E3 Flasher 4.75 - 3.55 Downgrade + Fast swap Question

Hi

I have a Cech - A model slim ps3 currently on OFW 4.75

I have an E3 Flasher i completely forgot about and want to use it on my Old slim model

Can I use the E3 Flasher to downgrade the PS3 Slim to 3.55 ?

Can I also dual boot / fast swap between 2 HDD's without soldering the E3 flasher to the console ?

I would preferably keep one HDD on OFW ( preferably my Slim PS3s original hard drive with all my PSN games and saves etc)

And then flash CFW onto another Hard drive ?

Also could anyone point me in the way of the most up-to-date e3 flasher guide

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No, but you only need to solder two points if i good remember.

Yeah i checked the max downgrade it could down to is Firmware 2.70

No, but you only need to solder two points if i good remember.

I'm terrible at soldering so I'll jut leave that idea


Do you know if it would be possible to go from 4.75 - 3.55 OFW - 4.70.1 Rebug firmware ?

Yes is possible but before 3.55 ofw you need to flash rogero or rebug downgrader, turn on qa flag and then install 3.55 ofw and then rebug.
