PS3HEN Enable HEN refusing to work

This issue randomly appeared while downloading some games from pkgi. I reset back to OFW and reinstalled HEN and HFW and the exact same issue occurs.
 
No clue why this would happen, a hen bug shouldnt persist after all that. Maybe try wiping out everything from the browser, no cookies or history, even text prediction

If that doesnt work and if you're comfortable with losing your messages and photos then a database rebuild might be necessary? It seems like you've tried all the common troubleshooting steps
