PS3HEN Error 8001003A

So after I installed HEN on my ps3 everything seems to be working fine with the new firmware but the thing is when I try to install a pkg file with homebrew (multiMAN) I get a message with an error regarding the installing operation. If there's anyone that had the same problem and solved it can you please help me?

Error 0x8001003A is

ENOTMOUNTED - 0x8001003A - Filesystem not mounted. "An error occurred during the install operation". E.G.: unplugged usb during install.

Thx, really appreciate it bcs i was literally browsing all internet forums that were connected to this community and i havent found anything. But now everything works fine, all of the installation works and the problem was really the usb that i had. Again thx for that list that you sent :3
