PS3 ERROR 80029517 han not enabling?

So, everything was working perfectly fine. But all of a sudden got the error. First i was thinking that maybe i didnt enable han. So i did it again and still got the same error, i remember that when you activate Han, your normal purchase game dont work until you restart your console so i started a normal purchase game and it worked. So im wondering "is my han not enabling?
 
When installing HAN, purchased games will never work whether HAN was activated or not. You might need a spare HDD for HAN-only HDD.

Seems like you're swapping it with non-PS3 formatted HDD. Mine's had been swapping HDDs and all of it are PS3-formatted HDDs.

Prepare the PS3-formatted HDD on your console and bring also the firmware file on the USB as well, you will need to use it for HDD formatting.
