PS3 Error 80029564 on everything I try install

I used tools that directly install pkgs to PS3 but when I had to make the raps for this, I came across this error every time, I tried stuff like changing what version resigner I used, enable debugs but no use. I can't really test more stuff because the usb got a shorcut virus (Everything becomes a shorcut). Really helpful if anyone has possible fixes

Enable DEBUG PKG should only be used when installing DEBUG signed PKGs.

If you are trying to install "HAN" converted/signed PKGs, then you should enable HAN every time you boot your PS3.

Open HAN Enabler

then initialize HAN first,

then enable HAN

Then install your PKGs.

not sure, I don't use autohan although I think it should work.

Your best bet is to disable the auto and try manually.
this way, if you aren't having problems manually doing it, your problem lies in the auto enabler

fix your "shortcut virus" first!

try formatting USB on another PC and copy the files. the HAN Enabler and Debug PKG enablers work. please fix your PC end first and report back
