PS4 Error code: CE-34224-5

Hello everyone,
Sorry for my bad English...
I have just acquired a part of a PS4 which has the following error systematically in play after a few minutes: Error code: CE-34224-5 message "Impossible to continue using the application. The Data from the following application is corrupt. Delete the application of the PS4, then reinsert the disk.
I changed the hard drive to test but the problem is identical; Reset the system too ..
For the moment I have not disassembled the console to do a first control of the motherboard and cleaning.
Do you have an idea because I may do research I find nothing very concrete.

Well, from the PS dev wiki:

CE-34224-5:
PFS Corrupt // Integrity check error // System internal error // Step 1: Back up your saved data using a USB device or PS+ online storage. Go to [Settings] > [Initialization] > [Initialize PS4] and try the PS4 initialization. Step 2: Restore your saved data. Step 3: If the error occurs again there may be an issue with the PS4's hard drive (HDD).
 
I had already consulted the PS dev Wiki by doing the manipulation but nothing is always the same, I have this error randomly either immediately or after 10 minutes ...
 
Something new but nothing good....
I completely disassembled the ps4, it was super clean, I took the opportunity to change the thermal paste, I didn't see anything special visually.
Error still present
I have no solution....... :(
 
So a month ago I could install games without problems but since a few days ago it just doesn't work
More precisely only game above 10 go can't be installed,it shows up an error code : CE 30005-8
Also if I try to copy screenshots on my hard drive it shows error CE 36483-4
I've tried this with different external hd of 1To but I still get the same error :/
I'm on 5.05 and they are all 3.0 USB
 
Is this while playing a fpkg game? If it is then I had this happen to me and it turned out my external HDD was not getting enough power to work properly.
