PS3 error update 8002F169

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have a PS3 Fat, model CECHE11. The problem is that the console has OFW 4.85, but I can't update it by any means (USB, internet). I can't even update to OFW 4.86. I've tried many HFW OFWs, and none of them work with different USBs, but it's the same result. Do you have any idea why?
I already had a thread about this, but I forgot about it, and it closed. thread_error-update_2372671
But I already tried accessing the page ** www.** ** www.ps3xploit.net > D...http://ps3toolset.com)/bgtoolset/fix_nand.php, but to no avail.
I'm sharing the image where I ac cess the toolset. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

You can still have a gpt formatted fat32 drive, ps3 doesn't do gpt, only mbr

Thanks for your reply. I already used Rufus to format it and make sure it's in MBR, but the same error 8002F169 persists.

I've tried that too, I even reset the console to make sure, but I still get the same message, thanks for the help
