Below are my steps:
1. Bought a brand new 16 gb usb 3.0 key. It is FAT32 coming out of the box. So I guess I don't need to re-format it
2. Made sure my PS3 super slim is 4.82.
3. Created a new account in PS3. Switched to the new account, then created a new PSN account. Signed into the new PSN account via proxy.
4. Installed Han from browser and Han toolbox from usb key.
5. Restarted PS3, signed in PSN account, then used Han Enabler from the Han toolbox. When it was done, there was a message asking if I wanted to quit browser. I chose Yes. I guess PS3 was in Han environment successfully. Any other method I can check if PS3 is in Han environment?
6. Opened PS3 browser, and navigated to exploit website. Chose 'HAN ACT/IDPS Dumper'.
7. Tried a few times until 'HAN ACT/IDPS Dumper initialized successfully'.
but when I click on Dump ACT.DAT & IDPS, it fails with the message
"File dumping failed!!
Error dumping file)(s):
/dev_usb000/act.dat
/dev_usb000/idps.hex"
8. Made sure the usb key was in the far right port (close to BD). Then re-tried 7 several times without any success.
I'm wondering if I did anything wrong?
