PS3 Fan questions

How do I set a good fan speed for "normal" games (I think PS3 ones, at least) and PS2 ones on Evilnat without webMAN MOD installed? Which fan settings should I choose? Do Evilnat fan settings regard PS1, PS2 and PS3 games (at least) in the most popular formats (like CUE+BIN, ISO, JB and PKG) or just in some? I usually have over 70° degrees on my PS3 Slim and I don't want it to sound like a jet engine after adjusting fan settings.

Would also like to know this. I don't even know what temps a stock PS3 normally runs (had a PS2 then realized PS3 fat consoles are compatible so got a CECHA00 from Japan a few days ago and just finished installing 4.91 and the latest CFW by Evilnat).
