All of the parts are unplugged. Just motherboard with psu on it.take the thermal off the board that should work but it does fan will be in overdrive and temperature will record maximum high regardless of actual rsx temp and thermal compound discuss with experts first.
thermal monitor is an 8-pin chip on right of rsx check the wiki for your motherboard assuming the majority of posts regarding fats cok1,2 -dia1,2 it will be as ADT7461 or for VER-001 - 43000x as tmp 411. take chip off motherboard and test if error presists it might be rsx itself or something else. All of the parts are unplugged. So, if you remove the thermal sensors, the error can disappear? I gonna try itthermal monitor is an 8-pin chip on right of rsx check the wiki for your motherboard assuming the majority of posts regarding fats cok1,2 -dia1,2 it will be as ADT7461 or for VER-001 - 43000x as tmp 411. take chip off motherboard and test if error presists it might be rsx itself or something else.
yeah it seems like it let me know if error logs drops it also what is your model no and motherboard id i'll highlight so it'll be easier to removeSo, if you remove the thermal sensors, the error can disappear? I gonna try it

Are you sure taking off thermal chip will make the 2031 error disappear?thermal monitor is an 8-pin chip on right of rsx check the wiki for your motherboard assuming the majority of posts regarding fats cok1,2 -dia1,2 it will be as ADT7461 or for VER-001 - 43000x as tmp 411. take chip off motherboard and test if error presists it might be rsx itself or something else.
well we have one case posted here which prove my theory if we keep felix post in mind 2031 error came because of the surrounding he knocked asside during rsx reflow. Are you sure taking off thermal chip will make the 2031 error disappear?
In my DIA001, taking off the thermal chip will get instant 2031 error, a080 2031 / a080 2131 / a090 2131
can you post a photo and your rsx errorThanks everybody. I soldered an external thermal diode - transistor 2N3906 - to T1L. Because thought that RSX termal diod is dead. And the error went away.
Now one more error left (on my DIA-002) - A0232102 it seems the last. I found out that - "IC6301 possible faulty - check other DC converters, caps etc in that power line from the schematic" But i cant find any schematic diagrams of DIA-002, way to find IC6301, and to test resistors and caps around it.
This is now:can you post a photo and your rsx error

your error is recorded as a cell bga crack check the components between cell and rsx first change tokin caps (try after replacing one) and lastly apply pressure on cell if console works you need a reballThis is now:

Hi, i was trying to find this chip on botton of my DIA-002, but there only maximum 12-14 pin chips (but no Power IC SN105233DBTR SSOP 15pin Chipset)Your issue looks like a failed Power IC chip - https://www.ebay.com/itm/5x-NEW-Pow...OP-15pin-Chipset-SN-105233-DBTR-/230821648200
https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/Components
Check the voltages on this chip when it powers on based on the component manual.
The sem-001 service manual for this chip will be the same so use that as a reference.
You will find that chip on the bottom near to the RSX.
Check any capacitors around that area for high resistance, usually in the millions reading is bad. Check for shorts as well.
To do this is very easy, negative on GND and postive on a power pin in buzz mode (multimeter) on the chip - if buzzes then there is a short, possible capacitor fault.
Work in progress images for DIA-002 - only resistance checks for now

check components around and try replacing one tokin as for 1200 error its thermal alert either you need a delid a new thermal sensor and monitor.Dia 001 turns off after 20-30 seconds, flashes red. Errlog does not display errors, but if you turn it on without heatsinks, then errors 1200 and sb error appear
well thats a cell problem try pressure methodAre you sure taking off thermal chip will make the 2031 error disappear?
In my DIA001, taking off the thermal chip will get instant 2031 error, a080 2031 / a080 2131 / a090 2131
post a photo of your rsx wiringThanks everybody.
So, you solve error 2032???, Pls replay me and show me how do you do it, I have same error and 2031-2032-2033, which are related to thermal sensor to cell,SB and RSXThanks everybody. I soldered an external thermal diode - transistor 2N3906 - to T1L. Because thought that RSX termal diod is dead. And the error went away.

you show thermal monitor wiring where is external thermal sensor
