PS2 File that I do not understand how to decompress in .vpk format

There is a game that I would like to investigate its models, textures, etc. but the problem is that it is in a format that, through combinational means, is impossible for me to open either with cfgtool or other valve programs and that are not from valve since I suppose Because the file is in .vpk format, you could decompress them with programs like that.
I have also tried the option of using QuickBMS to be able to decompress it but there is no way it can give an error because it does not recognize the file as such, with winrar nothing happens either, it simply says that it is damaged and with 7-zip more of the same.
In case it is of any use to anyone, the game is Torrente 3 - The Protector from the company Virtual Toys and the file that I have been trying to decompress for days is torrent3.vpk

Game resources are almost in all cases, designed specifically for needs of specific game. Filename which extension is part of, doesn't matter.

So, do you think there is any possibility that there is a program compatible with that type of format or maybe also being able to design a script or something to be able to decompress the .vpk?

It is always possible but needs to understanding file structure first, which often is unique, designed specifically for one game. In case of PS2 games, never compressed and/or encrypted, so at least that is good news for You. ;]

Well, let's see what I can try because I have never programmed or investigated the structure of an xdxd file format. Finally, do you know if there is any program that could open the format or at least see what it contains? Maybe you told me before that there wasn't one but I don't remember now hahahah

You need any hex editor e.g HxD and imagination. But without basic IT knowledge, You have zero chance to figure this out. Sorry for cutting feathers. ^^"
