Filezilla disconnects me after transfering files

Hi today i was transfering my game into PS3 but after copying some files it disconnected me and some files are pending to be transfered status says connecting which i guess means its connecting to PS3 but when i try to quick connect in filezilla it says its already connected and asks if i want to be connected in new tab
 
16 transfers failed. after that it threw me into recovery mode. Then checked and restored file systems i tried to install game update and install it it threw me again into recovery mode. i guess the game file is broken or?
