PS3 Force Internal Resolution in Metal Gear Solid 4

I want to force the game Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots to display a Native 720p.

By default, Metal Gear Solid 4 Renders at 1024x768, Being Upscaled to 1080p, Making the resulting image EXTREMELY blurry.

I want to try and make it operate at both a Render Resolution of 1280x720 and Display at 1280x720. and if possible, lock this game to 30fps (Its unlocked for some strange reason, it fluctuates up and down constantly, it feels nauseating almost)

I have a PS3 Running Evilnat, Also with an RSX Overclock which may help a bit.
I have Metal Gear Solid 4 Digitally and i have a copy of its EBOOT.BIN and PARAM.SFO Files. What can i do to make it run at 720p (I have no clue how to modify the Eboot)

I don't know if this works, but the param.sfo lists the output resolutions. you may load the file up in the param.sfo editor, and check the box for 720p, save, then replace the original for the game. uncheck 1080p as well beforehand.

Doesn't seem to do it. Still Internally Renders at 1024x768. It's likely contained in the Game EBOOT.BIN. i stated i have no clue on how to modify that and get it to run at 1280x720 like i wanted it to.

You may need to rebuild the database after sending over the modified param.sfo. I thought it might update by opening the game, but maybe not.
