force MGS4 to ouput 720p instead of 1080p

the upscalling looks ugly. i tried to edit param.sfo but the game still outputs 1080p. setting the console to output 720p solve this but affect other games and dashboard.

is there a way or i am missing something?

i am on HEN 3.0.2 / HFW 4.78
