PS3 Freeze / Black Screen when running ANY program REBUG-LITE-4.86.1

Okay Im gonna be quick as possible,
I tried to jailbreak my FAT PS3 (CECHC04) with a CFW (REBUG-LITE-4.86.1) I dumped the dump.hex etc etc etc.... the steps, anyways installed REBUG CFW successfully BUT after installing the rebug toolbox and multiman,webman,managunz..... once I try to open any program (even the rebug toolbox) I get stuck on a black/blackred screen, any help please?

checked dump.hex with pyPS3checker before flashing and after flashing gives 0 Errors and 0 Warnings
*PS3 FAT CECHC04.
*PS3 system before flashing: OFW 4.86 (md5sum healthy)
*PS3 system after jailbreaking: REBUG_4.86.1_LITE CFW (md5sum healthy)
*Rebug Toolbox and other stuff: latest available on psx-place, homebrew and psxploit.

Black screen on boot of everything on the older PS3's usually indicates and issue with the BD drive and/or the drives logic board..

Can you whack a PS3 game disc in and it plays or does it do the same...?

Thank you for your answer, but I dont own any PS3 disc, I usually use ISOs on other PS3s, anyways lets suppose both cases:
case1: I have a malfunctioning/Broke BD, what should I do?
case2: I have a working BD, what should I do?

EDIT: I could manage to reinstall OFW 4.86, then Installed HFW 4.86.1 installed HEN via ps3xploit.... installed WebMan, IRISMAN, and MultiMan still stuck on a black screen, but the owner of the PS3 who *gave* me the PS3 said DVDs ran normally (unless he lied)

I can't fathom how new users refused to read and follow the rules.
You were given a chance to read and agree to them when you signed up. It's obvious you didn't do that.

Maybe a 3 day holiday will help you understand the rules a bit better.

if it's not done already, maybe a sending of the rules to a user's email would be a good idea. though, probably still wouldn't read them.
