PS3HEN Freezing after turning on a game

Hi Sometimes after turning on hen and running any game all i get is a black screen and the HDD indicator on the console turns off. All i can do is unplug PS3 cord and then verify files... And my hen launch possibility is like 30 percent. What's wrong? I have multiman, webman

What PS3 model? I've had this experience with CECH-25xx and 30xx consoles, it seems like it's something chronic of them.
