From Hen to CFW

Hi everyone, i have 2 ps3 (both CECHL04).
One have some problems and i'm trying to fix it.
On the second ps3 is installes 4.88 fw with hen (this console was gifted to me by a friend).
I want to go from hen 4.88 to cfw rebug 4.84.
Is there a guide to procede correctly?

follow THIS. install Evilnat 4.88 after rebooting. enable qa flags (use rebug toolbox or other app from brewology) and then install rebug.
