Can somebody please give me a tutorial for getting cheats for PAL titles working, any method is welcome. I haven't been able to find a dedicated PAL tutorial online that works.
Tried it on OPL manager but no idea how to get OPL to detect them
Tried Cheat engine app (which has a PAL codes folder on it) but I have no idea hows to use in in the actual cheat engine (tried inputting them manually and it didn't work.
OPL has 'cheat settings' referring to PS2RD Cheat Engine is that the same as the app i'm using? If so how can I get that to detect codes.
These cheat code discs go for stupid money these days otherwise i'd have just bought an AR Max
