PS3 GLOD no syscon

Hi everyone,
I got a cecha ps3 which the guy said he was about to run over because of the issues he'd had with device after reapplying thermal paste.
I tried syscon no Luck was never able to auth in.

board is Cok-001.
I did put it back together and I did try and test it because the guy said he did get video. I initially got no video only sound, then video. The video which slowly turned green and then black screen.
And has been GLOD since.

without syscon it is hard to diagnose. But what should be my next steps?

GLoD is almost always a dead GPU. Especially given the symptoms you have described. It would need a new GPU

I had one or two like that repalced RSX again and problem solved not sure why there is no error maybe cause the VRAM bricks are just shot like a computer with bad memory turns on but no video, I know for a fact when i was learning BGA 15 years ago on a ps3 if i went a little to top heavy you would get ram bleed solder would shot out the vram bricks on one or more of the corners guess what still turns on and everything GLOD so i would suspect its same thing maybe bad vram!
