Gta 5 shows corrupted data please help

Dear all,

After installing cfw rebug 4.82 and copying my ps3 games from one drive to another on pc. when then i copied the gta 5 to my ps3 using Flashfxp, now it doesn't work. It's logo in the game list is normal but when i lanch it through webman or multiman, it shows corrupted data and then it says the disc cannot be started, i checked HPS3_DISC.SFB in GTA 5 folder and it was empty, i copied this file from other games folder and edited the BLUS------- section to my original game version = BLUS-31156 but the problem still exists, deleted the PS3_UPDATE folder and still the same. What i think the problem is with those starting files which they are needed to address the ps3 how to start the game, where can i find these files if you think is the issue. Or can you tell me how to fix this ? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
 
Thanks for your reply mate, before u shared this link i found that website from googling to download just these light weight files, but this version of Gta 5 does not exist on this website, can u show me another website that may have all version of games ? also to mention i am using folder version of games to play on my jailbreaked ps3. I heared that it is good to convert games to iso version and have a lot of benefits, can some one explain what are the advantages of ISO over folder ?

Thanks for the link, i downloaded the ird file what can i do with this ? i loaded on ps3 iso re builder it shows all of the files which needs to be on the gta 5 directory for comparing purpose i think. small file for running the games are damaged like param.sfo and PS3_DISC.SFB and so on etc files, the main files which they have bigger size are ok. What i need is to just download those small corrupted files and put them back on th JB directory of my game and play it normally. i don't have the disc to dump again i have copied the game from a friend hdd and now he is not here and can't download the whole game because of third world problems. Any link to just download those small files will be greatly appreciated. I tried thepiratebay without a successful result.
 
you won't get help with piracy questions on here. it's against the rules. besides, good luck finding specific files for games without having the full game. the param.sfo is usually correctable if it's checksum is wrong, but the other files, not so much unless maybe it's a psarc file with files and folders extracted. need the text file to recompile them iirc.
 
Thanks for the reply, i didn't know about that rule, can you tell me how to become a member on this website ? i can't find those informations on this website anywhere. currently you can see i am forum noob.
 
if you mean your rank, I think it's set up to increase automatically the more you post. you may have to let the website refresh before the rank is increased though. not sure about this site, but another site I was on refreshed about every 90 minutes. that's why on some websites, changing your avatar doesn't change in all locations immediately. it requires the website to update.

Ooh i see, that's the thing that i should post more in order to get higher rank, thanks again buddy.
 
General problem solved, i redownloaded the small files like ps3_disc.sfb, param.sfo, icon files, trophy folder and etc all small size files and those were not even matching also my current version of game, i had US version BLUS31156 Gta 5 but downloaded mistakenly BLES01807. googled how to convert from BLUS to BLES and Voila found the result and did what it said. Just copied those small files from the newly downloaded folder and overwrote them on the original JB game folder, and after that just renamed my JB frolder to BLES version of the game. It worked like a .................

generally, yes. I think some sites have number of likes as a way to increase rank, but most sites seem to use post count. that's probably what it is by default with xenforo.

edit: btw, you can change to a custom title, but you may have to have a certain number of posts/be a certain rank before you can. I put retired as mine, since I don't really read or test things with the ps3 anymore.
