I wanted to find out if the was a way to update backed up games installed on a 4.55 ps4 running 4.55 exploit and holy grail:).The games are disc game backps installed as pkg games and work properly just wanted to update them with the games updates working on 4.55:). help will be appreciated :):):):):):)

my PS4 is still OFW 4.55 haven't done a thing yet so haven't been able to do much. But from what I've read, you can update games as long as the update doesn't require a 4.56+ firmware. I think there's a list showing if the latest update is possible on an exploited firmware.
 
you can update games as long as the update is fake signed or the game is a legit and not a backup. in order to dump a patch, making it fake signed, the game must be bootable which won't happen if you have a fake signed game and try to update via psn.

highest exploitable firmware is 5.05. no dev has even mentioned anything higher, so any claims otherwise are unfounded. interestingly, I was reading (as usual), that the 4.55 exploit was created due to an exploit found in 5.05 which was obviously present in 4.55. apparently, the same isn't true of 5.05 and 5.50.

Hi, I have the ps4 at 5.50 a few days ago, I see that everyone talks about the 5.55, the 5.07 or the 5.05. I can not connect online because it asks me to update to 6.02, and I do not know what to do. I want to exploit it; but in the version that I am I can not and it does not seem that I will see exploitation for 5.50., what advice do you give me?.
 
I'd suggest selling it. 5.05 was actually hacked before 4.55 (think I posted this somewhere). since the exploit existed on 5.05, it did on 4.55 as well, so it was easier to port over. there's be no information about any hacks beyond that. as @kozarovv said, it's baseless rumors meant for click bait. believe none of it 'til you actually see it.

I would only update if there's a reason to such as a game you want to play. exploitable systems go for more, but from what I've seen (looked a while back) not much more. however, the longer we have to wait the more expensive they're liable to become.

Still need to add some guides and tuts.

Made some additions and updates also in the PS4 Download sections.
