PS3 Han Act.dat and idps.hex dumper keeps failing

On ofw 4.84 installed hfw twice n all of that but for some reason it keeps failing , using the 4.84 support files since I'm on 4.84 help please

HAN, HAN support files, dumping idps with exploit etc is obsolete now really, if you use HEN you don't need to do any resigning, so you don't need to dump those files, also if you did want to dump those you would have much better ways.

So a psn game rap wouldn't need to be converted to rif and get a signed act.dat?

You do need to have your console activated, That is all, but you do not need to dump act.dat, HEN will sort it out for you.

Ps3 is not activated because it was formatted due to someone that hit enable hen twice causing it to freeze and then it wasn't booting into xmb or attempting to rebuild database now how do i spoof it ? It's a super slim ps3

@DeViL303 , saw your Twitter post about using webman to spoof , now as you know I just need to create a psn account and activate the system so would this be the way to do it without being banned and stuff?

I'm on hfw 4.84.2 hen installed just system not game activated any tips will be highly appreciated
