you should consider hen...now that you are no 4.86 you are stuff unless somebody fixes the enabler (and even then maybe not work well with 4.86)Guys, we know HAN is unsupported, but please can update just the installer, enabler, and act/idps dumper for HAN please?
It freezes always when trying to enable HAN 4.86.
I know, but HAN was perfect, i hoped at least just the basic options will be keep updated, im scared of HEN, because is more complex, and that thing about the syscalls, i know nothing about it and i don't wanna install CFW, with HAN i can go online without fear.you should consider hen...now that you are no 4.86 you are stuff unless somebody fixes the enabler (and even then maybe not work well with 4.86)
Hi, im not the creator of the thread but i wanna ask, HEN is at the same level of security as HAN? i don't have problem with resigning .pkg and .raps and using pkg linker, i like the extremely simplicity of HAN, im scared of the syscalls if HEN have anyone, some people say i must use some programs, some people say no, with HAN it's just update it and good to go, i don't wanna use CFW.just dont use more complex features. no need for pkg resign or anything. no need for rif resign and act resign. if you love han so much you will love hen for its simplicity(where needed) and complex features for advance users.
so basically use hen. you dont need pc for resign rifs/act.dat
i was personally using hen on 4.85 and then 4.85 cfw(i needed cfw for extra advanced features which no one needs except devs like me. also because i was crashing ps3 with my mods so many fucking times)
hen is perfect for everyone who wants near cfw experience.
Those variables don't matter as long as they aren't used, which IIRC they aren't in that script. Those vars are only for enabling the install all packages feature. It was later removed because it was found to be causing issues for some people.i don't know javascript but...
i noticed in ps3xploit_v303.js from offline han enabler (right before first func--hexh2bin) seems to be missing two variables that the other fw's have (ipf1_addr_486 + ipf2_addr_486). i tried to add them from the cex values above, but that did not work for me.
that makes sense because they are in the other two files i posted from hen and those scripts are for mount flash so you can install files. Those variables don't matter as long as they aren't used, which IIRC they aren't in that script. Those vars are only for enabling the install all packages feature. It was later removed because it was found to be causing issues for some people.
I don't know why so many people still use HAN to be honest.
Which PKG did you use here? And did HAN actually work or did it just mount flash?i did get online and offline han flash mounts to work (the ones from hen--both blind and rewrite). at least it let me install the toolbox anyway.
