This is not related to HAN Toolbox really, HAN Toolbox is just an XMB mod.

If you have exploited content and custom files on your PS3 there is always a chance of a ban in theory, it is probably only a very small chance. Nobody knows what Sony bans for exactly so you are never going to get a 100% guaranteed answer from anyone.

If you want to be 100% sure of being safe, format HDD, and reinstall OFW 4.82 twice and use an account that has never been on an Exploited device. Even then your console could already be on a list for banning in 2 months. So nothing is certain.
