Hi forum!! I try to use one "uncompatible" hdd with ps3 my intention now is dellete the info of the hdd using this guide to obtain one hdd without info to plug them on ps3 and skip the "this disk is uncompatible" block message..... anyone know if this is possible?? Thanks forum!!

This have nothing to do with PS3. Guide which You linked is for Linux (on i.e PC) to edit udev rules. CellOS isn't Linux but custom made BSD like system which was put on complicated cryptographic environment. Both environments aren't connected with each other anyhow. ;]

Also PS3 doesn't have any white or black list with HDDs.

I know this method use linux sistem to "hide" hdd parameters, but ps3 (I think) read this parameters to skip the compatibles (1,5tb max) and uncompatibles hdd (more than 1,5tb)....no for hardware limitations (because UFS2 (ps3 system format) can support 8tb) only for software limitations of ps3, for this reason I think if you can hide this the system can be format the hdd and the ps3 can be upgraded! (I try to prove them next time)

i have never seen this error. how big is the drive? 1.5 TB and below is best.

with 2tb the system have this error, but I think is software limitation no hardware limitation....

forum! what you think?? really think the ps3 cant be use more than 1,5tb partition (ps2 can be read 2tb partition with ide to sata adapter, and use old partition than UFS2)??? or think (like me) this is a software limitation??? think can be use more than 1,5tb partition?? Thanks for your answer!!

You have no idea what are You talking about. ;) I'm sorry but it is to much to explain why almost every sentence in Your post is simply wrong. In short: it is not how PS3 operate, and even not how PS3 HDD looks like. In one thing You have right: it is software limitation.

Many have looked into solving the limitation of 1.5 tb for ps3 storage. I am not familiar with any of it so I can be of no use here. There should be some threads on here explaining it, or go to the ps3devwiki to see what is written there.

The only way is to reverse engineer all executables on firmware side, which are responsible for internal HDD communication and maybe preparation. But that's a thin ice and needs much knowledge. I doubt we ever see this fixed. :(

Or maybe solution would be just create partitioning by scratch on PC, but this is very hard task, and because of per console stuff, always would need full dump from VFLASH and probably few unknown areas of source HDD. Maybe, just maybe such prepared HDD could be recognized and properly used.
