Is there any way to install HFW & get Hen on PS3 Super Slim with 4.89.2?

I'm not sure, I have no personal experience with HFW or HEN - just CFW. You could try installing 4.89.1 in that case; do it via the Recovery Menu.

you need the HFW found in the thread linked above. then install HEN from **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)

Yes use the one from that thread. There are several other HFW's running around some more problematic the others. They are working on fixing the issues.
