Help! My friends vita is stuck in a boot loop after installing a plugin (More info in video footage)

(Please watch the video as he explains the issue in more detail!) Now he just wants to get RID of that plugin, but he cant because his vita always boot-loops, BUT when he holds L and turns it on (it disables plugins) it does boot up, BUT its as if CFW has disappeared, there's no vitashell, henkaku, nothing! Hence he cannot delete that plugin. He also cannot connect his vita via QCMA because it tells him he has to update his vita! Also the plugin he installed was "vita-udcd" and his vita has got an SD2VITA. I'll leave a link to the video he sent me, showing the issue in more detail. Help would be really appreciated!

try to hold down with the select + L button or connect to the content manager by typing DNS 212.47.229.76 for wi-fi networks

edit
in the worst-case scenario, reinstall the system with the old card (the bad card will be replaced, you will probably need to do the format)

it isn't so long ago, I have also bricked my slim vita with a bad plugin and I was very frightened, cause I didn't know this system that good at this point

what I have done, I have removed the sdcard, to not delete or corrupt anything and then I have reinstalled the current firmware (3.65) and also had to delete the integrated systemstorage/cache. then I had to re-activate my vita account in order to use qcma with vitashell pkg

since I had lost every possible option for vitashell, I have installed it now to a default vita system app with HBInjector, but I had to run VitaRW first, to get write permission on 'vs0:'. so now, if I ever brick again, I can still access vitashell by running the replaced system app

edit
after I got everything back, I have activated sd2vita and inserted my previously removed sdcard and everything was back in a working state without any loss. oh, and the sdcard can be accessed by pc without doing any harm

I do have a suggestion. put a tai config.txt on the sd2vita in the appropriate place (minus the bad plugin) and with everything else. this should override the one on ur0. that's the way it's supposed to be designed just in case of something like this.
