[Help] NAND dump issues.

I am currently attempting to jailbreak a CECHA01 on 4.82 OFW. Any dump.hex that gets generated and run against pyps3checker is giving me a warning and two dangers. Below is the excerpt from the log.

SKU identification

The SKU error seems to possibly be this unit was refurbished at some point in time. The other errors I can't seem to find much on. Has anyone seen these or know what they are? Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to hold off attempting a CFW install.

Flashing .hex won't damage your per console area, go ahead and proceed downgrading process as long as your ROS0/1 hashes are validated after updating OFW 4.82 twice

Thanks, both ROS0/1 had at one point shown the ps3xploit as being there, but the other two errors had me a bit worried. I didn't want to flash and risk anything if those could cause it to brick.
