HELP!! PS3 SYSTEM UPDATE PROBLEM

Please Help ME

Every Time I try and download the software update to the PS3 I get the same message. "Until further notice, please remain on this firmware. visit **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) for new exploit announcements regarding newer firmware versions." Because of this I have no access to Log into the PSN

I Cant even download via storage file because every time I hit system update it takes me to that message, what do I need to do to fix this issue?

Also I have been using CFB revamped with mmCM and HEN will fixing this problem effect that game?

try installing pup file from recovery.

if you have CFW, you do not need HEN.
