i don't want to update itto latest firmware

can you help me blocking the latest version being installed on my ps4 please ?
i want to use PsProxy but i don't have xml file for 5.05

but when i want to go online it keep telling me you have to update
i want to bypass it so i can play fifa online and keep my old firmware on it until something appear as we hope
